CONCEPT FLOW

In this section, you will find the sequential flow of Upanishadic concepts which have been knitted into one string of 52 episodes.

The Vedic Culture is introduced in the initial episodes (1-4).

Then cultural values at the levels of the individual and the society are presented in the following 18 episodes (5-22).

After thus establishing the cultural basis and ethos, the entire Upanishadic Wisdom is then presented in the next 20 episodes(23-42).

The practical steps that could be taken to actualize this wisdom in ones life are then elaborated in the next nine episodes (43-51).

The last episode is an expression of gratefulness for this wisdom which has madeIndia proud, noble, and admired the worldover.

Four Varnas

Main Characters: Chandragupta
The ancient varna system of Brahmana, Ksatyriya, Vaishya and Sudra….its misinterpretation, consequent wrong application which lead to the downfall of the Indian society in recent times is discussed. That the varna system is not based on birth but rather on guna and karma – the inherent propensity of a person and the work-tendency of an individual – is brought out in this episode.
